His background combines command-level law enforcement service, statewide anti-fraud and investigative leadership, inspector general experience, and private-sector compliance executive service. That combination is unusually well suited to matters involving executive misconduct allegations, whistleblower concerns, workplace complaints, fraud indicators, policy deficiencies, and integrity-sensitive reviews.

In Florida government, he served in senior roles including Chief Inspector General for the Executive Office of the Governor, Inspector General for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Compliance and Enforcement for the State of Florida, Director of the Division of Insurance Fraud, Chief of the Bureau of Fire and Arson Investigations, Chief of Internal Investigations, State Park Police Chief, and Lieutenant Colonel / Deputy Director of Law Enforcement for the Florida Marine Patrol and Department of Environmental Protection law enforcement functions.

In the private sector, he has served as Chief Compliance Officer for a Medicaid Plan, Managed Care, and Third Party (insurance) Administrator, and as a partner responsible for compliance and assurance services in a government consulting environment. That experience adds operational and board-level perspective to the firm’s investigative and advisory work.
